Banda Cultural Museum

Located in the house where Des Alwi was born in the heart of Banda Naira, this museum exhibits his private collection of cultural artefacts celebrating the extraordinary history of the Banda Islands.

Many of the items were acquired by Des Alwi directly, while others have been gifted to the museum or commissioned from local artists and artisans.
